Jesus emphasized that the Holy Spirit is the key to discipleship. The spirit is the one who convicts unbelievers, regenerates believers, and causes growth. We must allow for the Spirit in all that we do while making disciples. Discipleship practices must rely on the work of the Spirit from beginning to end.
